Let's move forward, together.

At Berkshire, we strive to make sure that our clients' needs are met.

We understand that sometimes, more and more in our current society, traveling for training isn't an option. We want to make sure that all of your training needs are addressed so Berkshire has launched our Virtual training program. Everything that you would get in person is now available in an innovative self-paced/collaborative hybrid.

You will have time to go over the material on your own and then have the opportunity to join in a live session with our expert training consultant who will lead the class just like you were sitting in our training facility.

This course runs 6 days over a 2 week time frame

  • Late October / Early November, 2020

Due to the ever evolving COVID-19 pandemic, we will be hosting this session virtually. Let us know you are interested in this session and we will contact you once we have chosen official dates.

What to expect

To bring your virtual classroom experience to life, we have partnered with Blackboard Collaborate. This will allow our facilitators to present our Fundamentals of Affirmative Action Planning course material the same as if you were sitting in our training facility in Columbia, MD.

Through Blackboard, we are able to give you that feeling of being present in class without ever having to leave your home office. You will partner with other HR professionals on group activities and discussion, just like you would in our public class.

Using our learning management system, Thinkific, we have created an interactive and engaging experience for each user. The self-paced portion of this course will have you navigating through the chapters of the course with ease. Everything you will need for this course will be housed inside of your course and easily accessed from your student dash. You can choose to go fully digital and use the materials on your computer or you have the option to download and print everything you would receive if you had arrived on the first day of our public course.

At the end of each chapter, there will be a brief quiz to test your knowledge and to make sure you are fully grasping the concepts presented. Once you have been through all of the chapters and participated in the live sessions with our expert instructor, there will be a final assessment to culminate your learning experience. You are then presented with a certificate of completion and your SHRM and HRCI credit codes.
