We accept substitutions at any time. Cancellations made within seven (7) calendar days of training will be charged a $100 processing fee. No-shows are liable for the entire course fee. Cancellations made the day of training will be treated as a no-show and will be liable for the entire course fee. Rescheduling is allowed once without penalty. If you cancel your attendance to rescheduled classes, you will be charged the entire course fee. No money will be held in credit for longer than 6 months. Any unused money held in credit will be returned via check after 6 months.
Occasionally, Berkshire Associates may need to cancel training. In such an event, Berkshire will notify clients at least fourteen (14) days in advance of training. In the event that Berkshire cancels a seminar, Berkshire will refund any seminar fees paid to Berkshire, or will credit any paid class fees toward other Berkshire classes or services.
