In this half-day session on December 17, we will march through all of the “to-dos” that you have to get “to-done” when implementing a federally-mandated affirmative action program.


From putting up posters and notices, to performing utilization analyses and forming action plans, to monitoring employment selection decisions through statistical analyses, attendees will get a firm handle on all of the “stuff” involved in meeting the OFCCP’s technical regulatory requirements and start to get familiar with the alphabet soup of acronyms and strange lingo that makes up this fascinating world.


Attendees will also leave with a detailed checklist of compliance obligations with key information about each task and links to further information that they can use to stay grounded and make sure nothing slips through the cracks, as well as our updated Action-Oriented Worksheets to start developing more meaningful and effective action plans.

  • What time will the live sessions be held?

    This course consist of a live session hosted in Class Collaborate. It will start at 1:00 PM Eastern.

  • Where do I get all of the materials needed for class?

  • Am I able to share my login information with a co-worker so that we can both attend class?
